Who/What I Am

I am a person with a disability.

That’s all people see, but I’m actually a lot more than that. I’m smart, I’m an agnostic atheist [since long before Ricky Gervais explained it], I’m an extrovert in an introvert’s body, I’m a woman. I’m trying to follow pieces of the Buddhist philosophy, particularly the Eightfold Path. I’m a romantic soured by parents who divorced and have never gotten along. I’m the youngest of three. I’m a television-junkie and an animal-lover.

The reason this site exists: I’m a writer. A recent graduate of university, I now own a bachelor’s degree in creative writing. I minored in film, and can write anything and have written everything from a screenplay to a letter from the editor.

My resume is deceivingly light, but I assure you, employers on the prowl for writers and fellow writers hungry for inspiration and random passers-by and onlookers, I am entirely capable of heavy work.

Until next time,
